TERMS OF SERVICE
// 011. Educational Scope
This bootcamp is an independent technical training program designed to teach the internal mechanics of autoregressive Transformer architectures (tokens, embeddings, causal self-attention dot-products, feedforward networks, and training loops). This program is entirely independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI.
2. License & Seat Allocation
Registration for the Solo Pass grants 1 named student a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to participate in the live interactive technical sessions and access accompanying study materials. Registration for the Trio Pass grants 3 named attendees individual licenses and separate completion certificates.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Usage
All pre-written Google Colab notebooks, implementation scripts, and lecture slides provided during the bootcamp are licensed solely for your personal educational use, self-study, and resume/portfolio demonstrations. Reselling, sub-licensing, or publicly re-hosting the instructional materials as a paid product is strictly prohibited.
4. System Requirements
No coding background or expensive GPU hardware is needed. All model code runs in the cloud via Google Colab. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection, a standard web browser, and a free Google account.
PRIVACY POLICY
// 021. Information We Collect
When you register, we collect only essential contact information: your full legal name, 10-digit Indian WhatsApp mobile number, active email address, and study year / professional status. For Trio registrations, we collect the corresponding names, WhatsApp numbers, and emails for all 3 members.
2. Purpose of Collection
Your data is utilized strictly to deliver your bootcamp onboarding package: dispatching live session meeting links, sharing Google Colab notebooks, inviting you to the private student WhatsApp group, and generating verified Certificates of Completion.
3. Payment Security
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay using bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not access, process, or store your credit/debit card details, UPI PINs, or netbanking credentials on our servers at any time.
4. Zero Data Selling
We maintain a strict zero-spam, zero-marketing policy. Your contact information is never sold, rented, leased, or disclosed to third-party advertising networks.

CANCELLATION POLICY
// 031. Finality & No Cancellation
All ticket purchases for the ChatGPT Bootcamp (including Solo Passes at INR 999 and Trio Passes at INR 2,397) are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is completed through Razorpay.
2. Cohort Limits & Resource Allocation
Due to strictly limited cohort capacity (capped at 100 seats per batch) and immediate allocation of instructor time, cloud training resources, and proprietary pre-written scripts, no cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks will be entertained under any circumstances.
3. Missed Live Sessions
If a personal conflict or emergency prevents you from attending the live weekend sessions, the enrollment remains non-refundable. Please note that sessions are delivered strictly live and no session recordings are provided. All enrolled participants receive full access to complete Google Colab training scripts, notebook materials, and ongoing support in the cohort WhatsApp community.
4. Event Rescheduling
In the rare event that the organizer reschedules a session due to technical failure or force majeure, registered students will be automatically rescheduled to the new dates at no additional fee.
